Micha Deridder and the editor of her book – the Belgian sociologist Daniel Vander Gucht – will discuss the process of compiling and sorting the artist’s work/career into ‘Essayages’. 

Plastic Artist Micha Deridder will be exposed at the Extra-Ordinaire shop – Rue des bouchers 37a, 1000 Brussels – during the whole month of February.
Micha Deridder uses art and fashion to create a friendly yet questioning space for viewers to wonder about the world, for themselves and without judgement. Essentially hovering between art and fashion, the artist covers, yet with no specifics, subjects not with the intention to propose answers but to – by manipulating the shape of textile matter – offer a change of perspective to the public.
