A night in extra-ordinary company with Dindins Club and Hélène Bedouet
The 23th September 2021, we gathered 20 guests for a one-of-a-kind culinary and design evening in our shop;
Jean Fonsny – Dindins founder and head chef – served our guests a combination of rustic and organic recipes embracing the kitsch in traditional cooking from Europe and a selection of bubbles and wines from the caterer’s private cellar.
Hélène Bedouet- the talented Brussels based ceramist – supported our evening of fine dining and drinking with her made-for-the-occasion tableware.
After the event, all guests had the opportunity to take Helene’s ceramic pieces they used back home !
We had also the pleasure to dress the table with the handsome floral pieces made by Thierry Boutemy.
